This is to inform all the Reporting Entities that the Central Bank is in the process of updating the Application for e-RON Online Reporting Platform. The update will include the following - Changes in the layout of the Cash Transaction Report submission form. - Add a new field "Type of Transfer". This NEW FIELD is only be activated once the transaction to be reported is related to the "Cash Remittance". As the consequence of this addition, the fields Type of Transfer, Destination and Beneficiary will be deactivated if the transaction to be reported is not related to Cash Remittance. This updates might affect users experiences in submitting the Transaction Report but not significantly. The CTR Submission Form will look like the image attached below. The Unidade Informasaun Finanseira (UIF) will liaise with each Reporting Entity to plan for the update to take place.

I am pleased to announced that the Central Bank is now officially open to receive application for Credit Guarantee Cover. Currently only Banco Nacional de Comercio de Timor-Leste is the official Lender participating in the Guarantee Program.
