About the Hiring Process
All applicants shall use the form provided for each position to submit their application. The screening processes will be conducted by the Recruitment Team by assessing the candidate education level and it's relevance to the position applied for (25% mark), the level of language proficiency (35% mark) and computer literacy (35% mark) and work experience (5% mark). Please note that weight for work experience may be higher for certain positions. Candidates who receive a total of 70% marks or above will be admitted for written test.
The selection processes involved a Writing Test and an Interview. Candidates who receive 70% mark or above will be admitted to the Interview.
THe Interview process will include competence analysis and will be conducted by a Panel appointed by BCTL.
